The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control has suspended the liquor license of a Folsom restaurant after a customer who was intoxicated was served alcohol, according to the agency. Dolan's Bar and Grill at 199 Blue Ravine Road in Folsom was serving a 15-day suspension of its license for selling alcohol 'to an obviously intoxicated person,' Bryce Avalos, a spokesman for the state agency, said Monday. He said the restaurant's license also was suspended for the business violating its license conditions.
